This new residential and retail quarter is built at the historic Young’s brewery site, combining contemporary living with iconic heritage. The teams have been hard at work turning this blank canvas into something truly spectacular. Dozens of planters have been installed throughout the development, each filled with topiary and seasonal planting. Six podiums have also been installed, featuring planting schemes that create vibrant and engaging outdoor spaces.
